FormSmarts Sign Up Guide
Signing up for FormSmarts is easy, and should only take you a minute to complete.
- Fill in your first name and last name.
- Enter your email address carefully. This address will be your FormSmarts username, and you will need it to sign in to FormSmarts, and create and modify forms. We will verify your email address before your account becomes active. To avoid any possibility our mails are misplaced into your spam folder, we suggest you add formsmarts-noreply @ syronex.com to your address book now.
- You'll next need to choose a password of no less than six characters. Passwords are case sensitive.
- Finally, enter a pass phrase. This can be any phrase you will easily recognize when shown to you in the future. We will display it as a security measure whenever we send you form results by email. You will also need your pass phrase should you have to reset your password.
After you have pressed the Sign me up! button, we will send you a verification email. Simply click on the link contained in our email to activate your FormSmarts account. You will then be transferred to the My Forms section of our website, where you will be able to create new forms with no further delay.
