Terms: All clothing must be freshly laundered or dry cleaned, and in good condition upon arrival. Jo and Joë reserves the right to reject any merchandise deemed unsuitable for resale. All rejected merchandise will be donated to charity or returned at consignor's expense. Unsold merchandise is subject to reduction in price of 20% after 60 days and 50% after 90 days. Consigned merchandise unsold and unclaimed after 120 days will become property of Jo and Joë. Those unclaimed items will be given to charity or returned at the consignor's expense. Jo and Joë shall retain 50% of selling price as its commission. Please note that this form is for consideration only.
