Kevin, It's normal for referrals to take up to a few days. Also, you will not get credit for inviting yourself and creating another account. So if you only invite one person, and this person immediately signs up, that's suspicious. The most efficient way to get referrals is to talk about FormSmarts on Facebook and Twitter mentioning your referral link. Whenever someone signs up, you'll get an additional field allowance or real money (up to US$ 25 at the time of writing) depending on the service plan they sign up for.

I have added Formsmarts to my Facebook and suggest to a friend who signed up for an account, but I still haven’t been allowed to add another filed to my form? Is there something else that I need to do?

Referrals will only earn you extra fields when people you invite have signed up and start effectively using their account.
