Get More Fields for Your Forms
As a user of the standard (free) web form service, you can increase the number of fields you can use on your forms by inviting your friends to FormSmarts. We’ll award you one extra field for each legitimate person you refer to FormSmarts.
If you need even more fields, you should upgrade your account.
Earning referral points is easy:
- Start earning referral points right now by inviting your friends and colleagues to FormSmarts from the Settings tab of your account (Referrals option);
- Introduce your visitors to FormSmarts from your website or Facebook page using the referral link shown in your account.

I have refer 2 friends to join, but from my form, I still cannot add in extra field.

Referrals will only earn you extra fields when people you invite have signed up and start effectively using their account.
I have a referral and she’s using her account right now but I still can’t add more fields.

Referrals are not real time and may take several hours up to a few days to be processed.
I have added Formsmarts to my Facebook and suggest to a friend who signed up for an account, but I still haven’t been allowed to add another filed to my form? Is there something else that I need to do?

It’s normal for referrals to take up to a few days. Also, you will not get credit for inviting yourself and creating another account. So if you only invite one person, and this person immediately signs up, that’s suspicious. The most efficient way to get referrals is to talk about FormSmarts on Facebook and Twitter mentioning your referral link. Whenever someone signs up, you’ll get an additional field allowance or real money (up to US$ 25 at the time of writing) depending on the service plan they sign up for.
