CONDITION OF ENTRYThe event is a GFAA sanctioned tournament. Therefore all competitors must be a financial member of either a G.F.A.A., S.A.G.F.A., or I.G.F.A club.If you are not a member you can join the Port MacDonnell Offshore Club at pmoac.com Select new member. Once completed return to this entry form and enter PMOAC in the box below.If you are a member of another club then you must specify the club name below and be able to provide proof of your current financial membership to an event organiser if required.
BRIEFING NIGHT - 7.00 p.m.Friday 3/5/19The briefing night is held at the PMOAC clubrooms situated near the boat ramp at Port MacDonnell. Please refer to the competitors handbook for details of the briefing night. All competitors are encouraged to attend but it is compulsory for skippers. Light supper provided..
Tournament Social FunctionsFellowship night - Wednesday 8th May 2019.Meal and drinks* provided to competitors as part of their entry fee at the fellowship night.Presentation night - Saturday 11th May 2019.Major Prize of Boat,Motor and trailer package will be drawn at the presentation event and entrants must be present to claim their prizeMeal and drinks available to members at their own cost at the presentation night.Both functions are held at the Port MacDonnell Football and Netball Club* drinks includes beer, wine and soft drink only.
Junior Entry Permission FormAll junior competitors must have a seperate entry.This must be submitted by an parent/gardian and by submitting this online entry, you agree to the terms and conditions of the competition and give your permission for the entry of a junior.
Sports fish Tournament, I, my heirs, executors and administrators agree to indemnify and to keep indemnified and to hold harmless the organizers of the Port MacDonnell Offshore Angling Club Tuna & Sports Tournament, its servants and agents and rescue services and each of them from and against actions, costs, claims, damages, charges and expenses whatsoever which may be brought or made or claimed against them or any of them arising out of or in relation to their participation in the Port MacDonnell Offshore Angling Club Tuna & Sports fish Tournament. I have read the current Conditions of entry and Rules & Conditions, both of which I understand and agree to be bound.
The PMOAC encourages boat owners and skippers to ensure they have a current adequate policy of boat insurance prior to entering the tournament. Please ensure you bring a copy of your policy with you.
