Global Grant Annual Qualification Checklist

*BELOW YOU WILL FIND A QUICK OVERVIEW OF THE GLOBAL GRANT CERTIFICATION PROCESS.



Step 1 The President and the President-Elect will read and understand the Global Grant Overview document and take the short Global Grant Overview Quiz online. (If the President completed this requirement as President-Elect, there is no need to repeat it) (MUST BE DONE ANNUALLY)


Step 2: The Club President and the President-Elect must read and sign the MOU (MUST BE DONE ANNUALLY)

Step 3: The Primary Contact on the grant will complete the more intensive Grant Management Training module and take the Grant Management Training Quiz. (NEW GRANT OR NEW PRIMARY CONTACT ON EXISTING GRANT)

Step 4: At least one member of the club, preferably the Primary Contact on the grant or the club leadership, will need to participate in the annual in-person Grants Management Seminar. It is encouraged to have multiple people attend. (MUST BE DONE ANNUALLY)


Once again, please remember that your Club needs to re-qualify ONCE PER YEAR in order for to participate in Global Grants.
