Welcome 2024 JunkFest Vendors

We would like to welcome you to be a part of our 8th annual Dirt Road JunkFest. The two-day event will be held Friday, October 11th 12p-6p and Saturday, October 12th 8am to 6pm. JunkFest is an outdoor event just 2 1/2 miles down a small-town dirt road. Our 165 vendor spots are open to all who sell antiques, junk, vintage, primitive, homemade crafts, handmade health/beauty products, home decor, furniture, food and so much more!
For 2024 we are establishing an application process and will personally reach out to you upon receipt of your application to discuss your booth assignment.
This process will allow us to ensure all vendors are in a spot that accommodates them and also avoid 'like' vendors next to each other.

PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

Marketing and growth is important to us all and we want to provide the best opportunities to help your business! Below are the opportunities we offer our vendors, please select the options you'd like to participate in.

We will provide you with more detailed information on the selections you are interested in upon completing your booth reservation.
Vendor Opportunities
JUNK BUCKS is new for 2024! Throughout the year we will run contests on Facebook and have drawings where the winners will receive 'JUNK BUCKS' which can be used at any participating vendor booth.
When the participating vendor receives these for a purchase, the 'JUNK BUCKS' can be brought to the JunkFest Headquarter for reimbursement to the vendor.
There is no cost to the vendors to participate and they will receive full reimbursement for the lesser of the total purchase or the amount of the ‘JUNK BUCK’.

APPLICATION FEE

There is a non-refundable $10 application fee which will be applied to the final cost of your booth.

Booth reservations must be made within 45 days of the application submission, 2023 returning vendors have until 1/31/2024. After the deadline a new application will be required. *Incomplete applications and those without an application fee by the deadline will be automatically rejected.

DIRT ROAD JUNKFEST, LLC reserves the right to decline or prohibit any vendor, exhibitor or proposed exhibit. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct and anything else that affects our event.

By submitting this application, the Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, DIRT ROAD JUNKFEST, LLC, its members, officers, directors and volunteers against any and all damages to property or personal injury or loss caused by the Exhibitor or agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person.

Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the Exhibitor's display or caused by the Exhibitor, his agents, representatives or volunteers.

Vendor and sponsorship application fees are non-refundable, however, we reserve the right to decline any applicant and if we choose to do so your application fee will be refunded upon request.
