DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION AND PAPERWORK SUBMISSION IS SUNDAY JULY 6th, 2025. All necessary paperwork should be emailed to rcma.register@gmail.com on or before the specified submission date.

Camper fee is due in full upon submission of the application. Please complete the Camper application and submit with a $450 payment for the full-week attendance or $275 for the half-week attendance (this includes a $100 non-refundable application fee).

Please list all diagnosed allergies (environmental and/or medical) the attending camper has, along with reactions to the allergen. Please list any dietary restriction(s) the attending camper may have (allergies, intolerances, and/or religious/moral beliefs), along with their reactions if exposed to that food.

Please note: If your camper has a medical food restriction and you would prefer to provide certain foods for them, all food will be stored in our kitchen to be made at regular meal times.

Please state any other pertinent information that would be important for us to know in order to ensure your camper has a successful Camp experience.

Session Registration

The Camp fee is $450 for full-week attendance and $275 for half-week attendance. At this time, payment is due in full upon application submission. Full payment includes a $100 deposit which will be retained should your camper be unable to attend.

HALF-WEEK registration is open to members ages 10, 11, and 12 only.

FULL-WEEK registration is open to members ages 11 and older.

Note: Campers aged 11 and 12 who attended the half-week of Camp are also welcome to attend the full-week of Camp. Please be sure to select both weeks below, as payment for both weeks is required for attendance. Both $100 deposits will be retained should your camper be unable to attend.

By approving below and submitting this application, I understand that I am submitting my payment IN FULL at this time. I understand that I will forfeit a $100 deposit per week and my daughter/camper will be unable to attend Rainbow Camp if A COMPLETED CAMPER HEALTH HISTORY FORM, CURRENT PHYSICAL, COVID-19 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND CONSENT TO TEST FORM, AND PROOF OF VACCINATION are not emailed to rcma.register@gmail.com by SUNDAY JULY 6th, 2025.

Prior to your daughter/camper's arrival at RCMA, you will receive a communication email detailing drop off/pick up procedures and any additional requirements for the 2025 Camp Season. Please be vigilant in checking the email address you have provided above for this communication as well as any other Rainbow Camp communications. Be sure to check your main inbox as well as junk email inbox, as sometimes our communications may end up there. If you have not received any communication, please contact us at rcma.register@gmail.com.

We are inspected by the Hanson Board of Health and there is a Director on site at all times.

By checking this box I approve the above information for my camper's Camp application and attendance and will submit this form along with the full application fee via PayPal. I understand that if I do not submit all necessary medical forms and paperwork by July 6th, 2025 my camper will be unable to attend Rainbow Camp and I forfeit my $100 application deposit fee.
