Why are you appealing your penalty fee? Is this your first audition via All Around Talent? Is this your first booking via All Around Talent?

Do you understand if you fee is waived, your next penalty fee will be 30 percent without opportunity to appeal? Yes, I understand this and agree.

Penalty fees will be taken out of ones check if not waived or invoiced. I unfortunately understand the process.

Penalty fees not paid are sent to a collections agency. I understand this and don't want this to happen.
