The DC Disability Placard will be mailed to the address of record.

If your address of record has changed, you will not be able to submit this online application until your address has been updated. If you already have a REAL ID compliant License or ID, you may update your address online at www.dmv.dc.gov

If your credential is not REAL ID compliant, you will need to come in-person to a service center to provide proof of identity, proof of social security number, and two proofs of DC residency .
