Please use this form to make reservations for the 2024 HCGS Annual Heritage Luncheon on Saturday, November 9, 2024. Last day to make a reservation is Friday October 25, 2024 at 4:00PM. You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal.

Complete the following online form for electronic submittal and payment via PayPal. Be sure to complete the payment at PayPal (the last step).
You may make reservations for 1 to 5 attendees. Cost is $28 each. If you need to make more than 5 reservations please submit a second form for the extra reservations.
Please enter each attendee's full name and select an entrée option. All entrées include seasonal vegetables, brie & pear salad, roll, beverage, and dessert.
Be sure to complete all steps! The last step is making payment via PayPal. Click on the Proceed to Payment button after you Confirm your form data.
