Please complete this registration form to reserve your place on a training course. A list of the courses that are currently available is given further down.Confirmation is sent before the course and we reserve the right to change the venue if our main venue is unavailable.You must contact us a week before your course. We strongly advise you to book your course on days which do not clash with your work . None of our venues can help you with course details

Please enter your code clearly and correctly as otherwise we will not be able to validate your booking.
Please select a first aid course from the drop-down list below (other courses are sometimes shown). Course times are 9.30 am to 3.30 pm, unless shown otherwise. If there is a group booking we can come to your premises or to your local area on a mutually convenient date

When you have completed this form, press Continue below. If you have missed any required fields, these will be highlighted in red. You should contact us on firstaidfato@aol.com 7 days prior to the course if you have not received your course details.
Zoom course are one hour long and there will be more than one available in a day.

If you have any questions, please enter these in the box as well. We will then get back to you.
