Global Grant Annual Qualification Checklist

*BELOW YOU WILL FIND A QUICK OVERVIEW OF THE GLOBAL GRANT CERTIFICATION PROCESS.



Step 1 The President and the President-Elect will read and understand the Global Grant Overview document and take the short Global Grant Overview Quiz online. (If the President completed this requirement as President-Elect, there is no need to repeat it) (MUST BE DONE ANNUALLY)


Step 2: The Club President and the President-Elect must read and sign the MOU (MUST BE DONE ANNUALLY)

Step 3: If you are the Primary Contact and have never done a Global Grant prior, then you must complete and certify the full "Grant Management Seminar" found in the Rotary website Learning Center.

1. log in to my.rotary.org
  1. Click on Knowledge & Resources
  2. Under Rotary Tools, click on Learning Center
  3. Scroll to The Rotary Foundation, click on courses
  4. Click on Grant Management Seminar or Recertification (If you've done the full seminar in the past, you can complete the shorter recertification).
  5. The D5130 Foundation Committee will receive notification of completion and will register it as complete on the annual Global Grant qualifications

Once again, please remember that your Club needs to re-qualify ONCE PER YEAR in order for to participate in Global Grants.
