Diving Dolphins Season:

Levels and Requirements - all children must be 7 years or older and must pass a swim test to be eligible to participate in swim team at any level:

Swimmers in Morning Swim Team Camp may not participate in evening sessions
Swim Team Less Experienced Swimmers: Must be 7 years or older to participate. The swimmer must be able to tread water for two minutes and swim 50 meters/yards freestyle unaided. Swimmers in this category are eligible to participate in swim meets, if the coach deems the swimmer ready.
Swim Team More Experienced Swimmers: Must be 7 years or older to participate. The swimmer must be able to swim 100 meters/yards freestyle without stopping and must have a basic knowledge of all four strokes. The swimmers in this category are eligible to participate in swim meets.
Swim Meets will take place on two Fridays over the course of the season. They are not required but recommended. The dates for the swim meets are tentatively scheduled for Avon Rec Center June 28, 2024, EagleVail Swimming Pool July 26, 2024 and Eagle Swimming Pool will not host a swim meet this year.

Photography Release:

I agree to allow the EagleVail Pool to use any photographs of my child taken at the EagleVail Pool or events for promotional purposes (e.g. brochures, website, advertisements, etc.).

Medical and Liability Waiver:

A representative of the EagleVail Pool has my permission to seek emergency medical aid for my child, named above, if necessary. The EagleVail Pool does not provide medical coverage for individual participants. All medical insurance must be provided by parents. I will not hold the EagleVail Pool, Swim Team, or the coaching staff liable in case of accident or injury sustained as a result of participation in this program. I understand the risks involved with this activity and know that my child is physically able to participate. I hereby give my consent and approval for my child to participate in this activity. All fees are non-refundable. By signing below, I attest that I have read and understand this release form in its entirety, and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth within.

By checking the 'I Agree' box and entering your name in the Signature Box, you are authorizing EagleVail Swimming Pool to charge your credit card and you understand that there is no guarantee of entry if the pool is at maximum capacity.
