You will see three pages. Fields marked with * are required.1. Provide your contact information and convention options. Click the Continue button at bottom.2. Review your information. If you need to make changes, click Modify. Otherwise, click Confirm.3. Click the Proceed to Payment button.When the PayPal screen opens, you MUST follow the instructions for payment. DO NOT open your PayPal account manually or your registration cannot be processed. Click the button at the bottom to Pay with debit or credit card. This directs you to the SGGEE PayPal page. Provide the requested information and click Pay Now.Then you will be re-directed to the SGGEE convention web page. And you will get emailed confirmation of your registration as well as a receipt from PayPal confirming payment.NOTE: This process allows you to register one person at a time. Start with an empty form again if you wish to register additional participants. Banquet guests do not need to complete this form.
PAYING BY CHECK: If you still prefer to pay by check, use this version of the form to provide your information and print a receipt to mail to SGGEE with payment in Canadian funds. Note that your registration may take up to 3 weeks to be received.
The convention discount rate for hotel rooms, $128 CAN, ends July 22. Details on reserving your room are found on the SGGEE convention web page.
These program rates are offered through July 20. After that date, the rates will increase. Online payment is through the SGGEE PayPal account, which will convert your local currency to Canadian dollars, if applicable.
We are offering two hands-on Polish/Cyrillic translation workshops that will be limited to the first 10 people who sign up for each class. You MUST bring copies of your records in either paper or digital form. If you register and the class is full, you will be notified.
BRING YOUR DATA. Many SGGEE members have held off submitting their pedigree data for fear of getting something wrong. To encourage you to do this and help build our Master Pedigree Database, we are offering sessions on Preparing Data for SGGEE Submission.You are encouraged to bring your family data with you, either on paper or in digital form, and follow along with the instruction. These sessions are part of the regular program.
