Our new schedule of Sport Karate Coaching sessions are scheduled below for all squad members.
Our Sport Karate Coaching sessions are compulsory for squad members and recommended for all students training towards black belt.
It is compulsory for 4th kyu (purple stripe belts) and brown belts + to attend additional sessions in both Kata and Kumite in preparation for their grading. Squad members and students 4th kyu + are also required to register and attend Frontier Karate Association Squad Training four times per year. Dates are on our club website calendar.
Kata and Kumite sessions taking place in June, July and August 2026.
- Two hour sessions in Kata on a monthly basis
- Two hour sessions in Kumite on a monthly basis (split age groups for kumite)
