Sport Karate Coaching

Our new schedule of Sport Karate Coaching sessions are scheduled below for all squad members.

Our Sport Karate Coaching sessions are compulsory for squad members and recommended for all students training towards black belt. It is compulsory for 4th kyu (purple stripe belts) and brown belts + to attend additional sessions in both Kata and Kumite in preparation for their grading.

Squad members and students 4th kyu + are also required to register and attend Frontier Karate Association Squad Training four times per year. Dates are on our club website calendar.

Kata and Kumite sessions taking place in March, April and May 2025.
  • Two hour sessions in Kata on a monthly basis
  • Two hour sessions in Kumite on a monthly basis (split age groups for kumite)

Rayleigh:
Rayleigh primary school, Love Lane, SS6 7DD

Saturday 1st March (Rayleigh) 3:00pm start
Saturday 26th April (Chingford) 3:00pm start
Saturday 17th May (Rayleigh) 3:00pm start


Kumite (Under 13 - 12 years and below)
Sunday 9th March (Rayleigh) 11:00am start
Sunday 27th April (Chingford) 2:00pm start
Sunday 11th May (Rayleigh) 11:00am start

Kumite (13 years plus)
Sunday 9th March (Rayleigh) 1:00pm start
Sunday 27th April (Chingford) 4:00pm start
Sunday 11th May (Rayleigh) 1:00pm start


An additional session may be scheduled if the NGB add another championships onto the calendar.
