Please read the instructions regarding ID and Registration Rules on our website before completing this form.

There you can select the specific animal that requires it without the use of this form. The transaction will be immediately updated. When complete, you can instantly download and/or print you own digital certificate or select traditional certificate and the registrar will mail one to you. USDA-AIN (This is a 15 digit form of ID that will always start with the numbers 840) NUES TAG (This is an ear tag that consists of 9 characters) Tattoo Microchip 15 characters or less (Please indicate the microchips location) Brand (Please give a short description and location of the brand) Ear Tag Primary ID (Select One Only. This is the ID that will appear on your printed certificate). Upload a quality photograph of the 3 year or older Miniature Zebu. Photos must be 1 MB or less in size.
