Complete this application to request a name change of an IMZA Registered Miniature Zebu. The Zebu's given name can only be changed if the Zebu has no registered progeny recorded with the IMZA. PLEASE NOTE : The Prefix or Farm Name CANNOT be changed once the Zebu is recorded in the registry regardless of any progeny being registered unless approved by the Board of Directors.

A Name Change Request Application can only be submitted by an IMZA Active Member. Non Members are not permitted to request a name change on an IMZA Registered Miniature Zebu. Members are not permitted to request a name change for non members for which they are completing a Transfer of Ownership to.

If you are upgrading to a Permanent Adult Registration or completing a Transfer of Ownership to another IMZA Member, the $15 fee will be waived if the request for a name change is submitted in conjunction with one of these transactions. If you are submitting this request without completing a transaction stated above, the Zebu must be registered in your name and the $15.00 fee applies.
