IMZA Registered Miniature Zebu Name Change Request Application

Complete this application to request a name change of an IMZA Registered Miniature Zebu. The Zebu's given name can only be changed if the Zebu has no registered progeny or show wins recorded with the IMZA. PLEASE NOTE : The Prefix or Farm Name CANNOT be changed once the Zebu is recorded in the registry regardless of any progeny being registered unless approved by the Board of Directors.

A Name Change Request Application can only be submitted by an IMZA Active Member. Non Members are not permitted to request a name change on an IMZA Registered Miniature Zebu. Members are not permitted to request a name change for non members for which they are completing a Transfer of Ownership to.
Name Change Requests are Now Allowed for and Can Not be Submitted for any Animal with Progeny or Show Wins.

If you are upgrading to a Permanent Adult Registration or completing a Transfer of Ownership to another IMZA Member, the $15 fee will be waived if the request for a name change is submitted in conjunction with one of these transactions. If your Transfer of Ownership Registration Certificate has not been mailed to you yet at the time of the request, the fee will be waived. If it has already been mailed to you, the $15 fee will apply. If you are submitting this request without completing a transaction stated above, the Zebu must be registered in your name and the $15.00 fee applies.
