This Notice is for Documenting the Castration of an IMZA Registered Bull. There is no Fee Required to Report a Castration, if a Reprint of the Registration Certificate is NOT Desired. If a Newly Printed Registration Certificate is Desired, a $10.00 Fee Shall Apply. PLEASE NOTE: TEN (10) Months After The Date Of Castration, No Further Progeny Shall Be Recorded Into The IMZA Registry. Member use only.

There you can select the specific animal that requires it without the use of this form. The transaction will be immediately updated. When complete, you can instantly download and/or print you own digital certificate or select traditional certificate and the registrar will mail one to you.
