PSC Rebound Program

Academic Interest: Please indicate how you will pay for your remaining semesters if you are allowed to return to the college. Please submit any documentation to support your anticipated source of funding. While not required, submitting documentation will assist in the review of your application.

Statement of Understanding

I understand that if my application is accepted, I will be required to maintain the program guidelines, such as:

• maintaining good academic and financial standing with the college
• maintaining a minimum number of hours per semester based on my program of study
• maintaining continuous enrollment at the college
• meeting with advising staff to monitor my academic progress
• completing my degree or certificate program

I also understanding that an inability to maintain program guidelines can result in my prior balance/s being reassessed to my student account.
