INSTRUCTIONS: Below is the final report to be completed to be eligible to receive the $750 Governors Citation 7 Areas of Focus Grant for the 2024-25 Rotary year. The report must be submitted within 60 days of the project completion but no later than May 31, 2025. Firm deadline

Required Parameters for the 2024-25 Governors Citation Grant:
Must align with one of Rotary's 7 Areas of Focus
Must include Rotarian involvement
May NOT be used to fund a fundraising event or any club related celebration activity.
4. May NOT be used to SOLELY to write a check to another entity or organization.
5. If the project is in partnership with another club, both clubs need to complete this final report and reimbursements will be done up to $750 for expenses for EACH club
You must provide photos of your project as well as receipts for the funds you spent. Approved projects will be reimbursed up to $750 per club.
