Environmental Project Reimbursement Request

INSTRUCTIONS: For the 2023 – 24 Rotary year in District 5130, $600 will be sent to all Clubs that provide a brief report on their small environment project. Funding is on a reimbursement basis. Funding matches are not required however, again, paid on a reimbursement up to the limit.
Projects do not require prior approval to qualify for this funding.

Please complete the Enviromental Grants Receipts Worksheet to itemize your expenses for this project. Upload the completed file plus receipts for purchases and proof of payment using Club funds under Project Invoices / Club Checks.
