Maintaining Accurate Pedigree Records is the Foundation of the IMZA. It is the Member's Responsibility to Provide the Most Accurate Information and Report all DNA Parent Verification Exclusions to the IMZA.

You may also use this form to correct a pedigree that was recorded with the IMZA prior to receiving the official Parent Verification results from UC Davis VGL. The correct offspring and the matching Sire and/or Dam (according to VGL) must be indicated on the official VGL report that you will attach to this submission.
The Sire and/or Dam and the verified offspring must have their VGL DNA genetic testing affiliated with the IMZA to be accepted for correction.
