Data Collection - Why do we collect this information?
At YIFM we are committed to engaging with a diverse range of young people and we want to ensure we reach a variety of communities and backgrounds. Collecting this information helps us to track and evaluate our progress in this space, identify areas for improvement and understand the needs of the young people we serve across the country.

Please note that any information that you give us regarding medical conditions, additional needs or behaviours that may challenge is treated as strictly confidential.
We ask these questions to ensure the best experience for your young person in a group setting and key staff are made aware of the needs of your young person.
It is a busy, sometimes noisy environment, with lots of light and sound changes throughout the day. This may prove over stimulating for some young people.

Visual Release: As part of any event at YIFM, we take photos and video footage of young people during activities for our archive and promotional materials. There is no fee for the use of any image and copyright belongs to Young Irish Film Makers.

Wellbeing: In the unlikely event of an accident or sudden illness while with us and also as part of our safety policy, a member of staff will contact you to get your permission as needed to carry out the appropriate treatment to deal with the situation

Refunds - All camps must be paid in full by May 31st 2024 after this date no refunds will be made. If full payment is not received by May 31st your place will be cancelled and given to the next person on the waiting list.
