Make sure the billing address you use to register matches the billing address for your credit card/university P-card when submitting payment. If it does not, your credit card will be denied.

There are three registration rates based on date submitted: Early Bird - $675 (now extended through Dec. 11), Regular - $775 (Dec. 2 - Jan. 15), and Late - $800 (Jan 16 - conference end).

Registration is not complete until payment is made and you receive a confirmation email (immediately upon payment).

The email is your receipt/proof of payment. If you do not receive an email confirmation within a few minutes, please check your junk mail, deleted items, or spam folder.
A REDUCED RATE OF $215 (PLUS TAXES) WAS NEGOTIATED WITH THE CONFERENCE HOTEL, HYATT REGENCY ORANGE COUNTY. THE CUT-OFF DATE TO BOOK HOTEL ROOMS AT THE REDUCED RATE IS JANUARY 17.

Conference and Event Registration

Advance registration for any pre- or post-conference event(s) is strongly encouraged as “on-site” event ticket purchases will be on a space available basis.

**CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will be issued for cancellations on or before January 8, 2024 minus a $50 processing fee.
The CIEC incurs expenses for registrants as the conference draws near. We apologize, but NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER JANUARY 8, 2024.**

Thursday Ticketed Event, CIEC 416, TopGolf, 6:30 pm

Join us for some fun at TopGolf! TopGolf is a golf facility that serves food and drink while you play different golf-type games together (similar to a bowling alley). Golf clubs and transportation will be provided. Food and drinks will also be included. This event is being subsidized by sponsors of our Corporate Networking and Golf Scramble on Friday and is offered at the nominal cost of $10.

Friday Ticketed Event CIEC 501 Corporate Networking/Luther Epting Golf Scramble, includes lunch, green fees, cart, clubs and transportation, if needed, 7:00 am - 2:00 pm, (ticketed event).
Includes networking sessions and complimentary, corporate sponsored Corporate Networking 101 Golf Event Practicum.  Corporate sponsorship for this Networking session supports transportation, green fees, cart, clubs, and networking lunch.  An ideal opportunity for those who have a need for understanding professional networking in a golf setting.  Appropriate for all levels of golf experience from first time to experienced golfers.

CIEC 501 Corporate Networking Workshop/Luther Epting Golf Scramble
Friday Ticketed Event, CEED 522 Industry Tour 9:15 am - 2:00 pm including transportation time (actual tour is 10:00 am - 1:00 pm)

The tour will take place at the Energy Resource Center (9240 Firestone Blvd., Downey, CA 90241). Transportation will be provided for all participants leaving the conference hotel at 9:15 AM and returning around 1:45 PM

Space is limited to 20 people, so register soon. A waiting list will be started in case there are cancellations after the 20 available spaces are filled.
CEED 522 Industry Tour

CIEC Expo (one 8 ft table) @ $1,000-corporate rate, $750-non-profit organization and university rate. If needed, electricity will be provided free of charge but the hotel will charge the conference about $100 per booth. If you do not need electricity, we ask that you please do not request it.

Expo registration includes Wednesday’s opening reception, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks on Wednesday and Thursday for one participant. Due to the high cost of food at this hotel, additional members attending will be required to pay $375. This cost only covers the conference food expense for each additional person.

Set-Up Hours: Tuesday, Feb. 6, 3:00-5:00 pm and Wednesday, Feb. 7, 8:00-10:00 am. 
EXPO Opens: Wednesday, Feb. 7 at 10:30 am.
EXPO Closes: Thursday, Feb. 8 at 4:00 pm.
