This form is used to register and make payment using a credit card or PayPal (a PayPal account is not required).

Make sure the billing address you use to register matches the billing address for your credit card/university P-card when submitting payment. If it does not, your credit card will be denied.

There are three registration rates based on date submitted: Early Bird - $695 (through Dec. 3), Regular - $795 (Dec. 4 - Jan. 6), and Late - $825 (Jan 7 - conference end).

Registration is not complete until payment is made and you receive a confirmation email (immediately upon payment).

The email is your receipt/proof of payment. If you do not receive an email confirmation within a few minutes, please check your junk mail, deleted items, or spam folder.
A REDUCED RATE OF $199 (PLUS TAXES and a $30 PER NIGHT RESORT FEE) WAS NEGOTIATED WITH THE CONFERENCE HOTEL, THE GREEN VALLEY RANCH RESORT AND SPA, HENDERSON, NEVADA. THE CUT-OFF DATE TO BOOK HOTEL ROOMS AT THE REDUCED RATE IS WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15.

Conference and Event Registration

Advance registration for any pre- or post-conference event(s) is strongly encouraged as on-site event ticket purchases will be on a space available basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will be issued for cancellations on or before January 6, 2025 minus a $50 processing fee.
The CIEC incurs expenses for registrants as the conference draws near. We apologize, but NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER JANUARY 6, 2025.***

Friday Ticketed Event CIEC 501 Corporate Networking/Luther Epting Golf Scramble, includes light breakfast (breakfast burrito), lunch, green fees, cart, clubs and transportation, if needed, 7:00 am - 2:00 pm, (ticketed event).
Includes networking sessions and complimentary, corporate sponsored Corporate Networking 101 Golf Event Practicum. Corporate sponsorship for this Networking session supports transportation, green fees, cart, clubs, and networking lunch. An ideal opportunity for those who have a need for understanding professional networking in a golf setting. Appropriate for all levels of golf experience from first time to experienced golfers.
CIEC 501 Corporate Networking Workshop/Luther Epting Golf Scramble
Friday Ticketed Event, CEED 512 Hoover Dam VIP Hard Hat Tour and Engineering Meet & Greet 7:45 am - 12:15 pm including transportation time (actual tour is 9:00 - 11:30 am)

The cost to attend is $60 and includes round trip A/C bus transportation, park admission, a VIP Hard Hat Tour of the facility, a meet & greet with engineers and interns onsite, and time in the visitor's center. Children 9 and older are welcome, but children younger than 9 are not permitted to participate.

Space is limited to 40 people, so register soon. A waiting list will be started in case there are cancellations after the 40 available spaces are filled.

CIEC Expo (one 8 ft table) @ $750-corporate rate, $500-non-profit organization and university rate.

If needed, electricity and/or WIFI can be provided, but the hotel charges an additional $225 for electricity and $115 for WIFI. Please select the appropriate option below depending on your needs

Expo registration includes Wednesday's opening reception, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks on Wednesday and Thursday for one participant. Due to the high cost of food at this hotel, additional members attending will be required to pay $375. This cost only covers the conference food expense for each additional person.

Set-Up Hours: Tuesday, Feb. 4, 3:00-5:00 pm and Wednesday, Feb. 5, 8:00-10:00 am.
EXPO Opens: Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 10:30 am.
EXPO Closes: Thursday, Feb. 6 at 4:00 pm.
