Pioneer Alumni Award Nomination Form

Step 1 of 2: Submit

Nominations are open to all alumni of Prairie State College and can be submitted by College employees, individuals, or groups. Recognitions will be determined by the Office of Institutional Advancement and the Foundation. Final approval will be determined by the PSC Cabinet.

Criteria: This award recognizes alumni of Prairie State College who demonstrate exemplary performance and contributions. Individuals who fulfill some or all of the following criteria may be nominated.
  • Leads a life that exemplifies the PSC Pioneering spirit
  • Has Started Near, Gone Far and continues to Give Back to PSC and the community
  • Represents and promotes PSC in the community
  • Exemplifies one or more of PSC’s organizational values of Learning, Equity, Access, Integrity, Innovation, Sustainability and Community
