Kata & Kumite Theory 10:30am - 1pm
Lunch Break 12:30pm - 1pm
Kumite Exam 1pm - 1:30pm
Kata Theory Exam 1:30pm - 2pm
Kata Video Exam 2pm - 3pm
Kumite Practical Assessments 3pm - 5pm

Practical Training will run alongside the Theory Exams from 1pm to 3pm

Officials Re-cycling Kata Qualifications do not need to do the Video Exam. The Video Exam is for new qualifications only

Kumite Judge 'C' 70% (Theory)
Kumite Judge 'B' 80% (Theory)
Kumite Judge 'A' 80% (Theory)
Kumite Referee 'B' 85% (Theory)
Kumite Referee 'A' 90% (Theory)

Kumite practical assessment will take immediately after the Theory Examination. A Pass can only be obtained by passing both Theory & Practical Assessments.

Kata Judge 'C' 70% (Theory) 2 out of the 4 (Video) (Minimum 1st Dan)
Kata Judge 'B' 80% (Theory) 3 out of 4 (Video) (Minimum 1st Dan)
Kata Judge 'A' 90% (Theory) & 4 out of 4 (Video)
OR
95% (Theory) & 3 out of 4 (Video) (Minimum 2nd Dan)

Notes

I confirm that I am a current EKF member and hold a Blue & White EKF Licence Slip which I will be required to show at the course

Declaration

For the Referees & Judges Course, I confirm that I am minimum 16yrs Old and minimum 1st Dan. New qualifications will be provisional pending ratification at the EKF National Championships 2025. Non-Attendance at the National Championships will render any provisional qualification Null & Void. To retain an EKF Qualification, I understand that I will need to fulfil the minimum attendance requirement of 3 Events (Ref B & Below) or 4 Events Ref A & above in a calendar year
