Thank you for using the online registration and payment form for the 2026 CIEC.

This form is used to register and make payment using a credit card or PayPal (a PayPal account is not required).

Make sure the billing address you use to register matches the billing address for your credit card/university P-card when submitting payment. If it does not, your credit card will be denied.

There are three registration rates based on date submitted: Early Bird - $675 (through Dec. 3), Regular - $775 (Dec. 4 - Jan. 6), and Late - $825 (Jan 7 - conference end).

Registration is not complete until payment is made and you receive a confirmation email (immediately upon payment).

The email is your receipt/proof of payment. If you do not receive an email confirmation within a few minutes, please check your junk mail, deleted items, or spam folder.
A REDUCED RATE OF $229 (plus applicable city, state, and tourism assessment taxes of 16.2%, and a $2.00 per room, per night occupancy fee) WAS NEGOTIATED WITH THE HOTEL MONTELEONE, NEW ORLEANS, LA. THE CUT-OFF DATE TO BOOK HOTEL ROOMS AT THE REDUCED RATE IS MONDAY, JANUARY 12.

Conference and Event Registration

Advance registration for post-conference event(s) is strongly encouraged as on-site event ticket purchases will be on a space available basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will be issued for cancellations on or before January 6, 2026 minus a $50 processing fee.
The CIEC incurs expenses for registrants as the conference draws near. We apologize, but NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER JANUARY 6, 2026.***

Friday Ticketed Event CIEC 501 Corporate Networking/Luther Epting Golf Scramble at Bayou Oaks at City Park, includes light breakfast box, lunch, green fees, cart, clubs and transportation, if needed, 7:00 am - 2:00 pm+, (ticketed event).
Includes networking sessions and complimentary, corporate sponsored Corporate Networking 101 Golf Event Practicum. Corporate sponsorship for this Networking session supports transportation, green fees, cart, clubs, and networking lunch. Friday Ticketed Event CIEC 555: Exclusive Tour at the Sazerac House
CIEC attendees are invited to experience the legendary Sazerac House in New Orleans. The iconic Sazerac Cocktail, created here in the 1800s, remains one of the world’s most renowned drinks and is officially recognized as the cocktail of New Orleans.
Just steps from the French Quarter, the Sazerac House offers a captivating look at the company’s deep history—stretching back to its origins in the French Cognac trade of the 1600s—while also showcasing modern favorites like Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey. This immersive tour blends heritage, craftsmanship, and a true taste of New Orleans culture.
The location is just 0.2 miles from the Hotel Monteleone and we are encouraging people to walk. Please arrive no later than 10:15 am. The tour will begin at 10:30 am. The Tour will include a tasting room stop and end at noon.
Space is limited to 40 people. Cost includes a breakfast box at the Hotel Monteleone prior to 10 am ($45 USD).
