This program is designed to connect what your athlete does before, during, and after the in-person event:PRE-EVENT ACTIVITIES:We will kick things off with a Zoom call on Sunday, 8/2 to walk through the program and explain the short assignments to complete at home before the event.
THE EVENT: 3 Days of In-Person Training (15 Hours Total)Your athlete will receive 15 hours of instruction focused on:- mechanics and power development (pitchers)
- spin and pitch development (pitchers)
- throwing, receiving, blocking, framing (catchers)
- command/game-day application
- mindset, routines, & body language
- pitcher/catcher connection & communication
- competitive drills and challenges
To ensure quality instruction and individual attention, the instructor-to-athlete ratio will not exceed 1:8.Event ScheduleFriday, August 71:00–6:00 PM
We’ll wrap up Friday with a fun, relaxed social time (5:00–6:00 PM) where athletes can connect, take photos, spend time with their coaches, and enjoy the experience together as we kick off the weekend.

POST-EVENT FOLLOW-UPWe will reconnect with a Zoom call on Monday, 8/10 to review what to expect over the next 3 weeks and how to continue building at home. Your athlete will receive:
- an evaluation from their camp coach with key take aways
- a guided follow-up plan with at-home workouts
