2027 ASEE CIEC Partnership Registration

Thank you for using the online form to become a partner with the 2027 CIEC. Partners are an integral part of the conference as they provide value for attendees and also have the opportunity to promote their organizations and programs during the conference.

This form is used to register and make payment using a credit card or PayPal (a PayPal account is not required).

Make sure the billing address you use to register matches the billing address for your credit card/university P-card when submitting payment. If it does not, your credit card will be denied.

Registration is not complete until payment is made and you receive a confirmation email (immediately upon payment).

The email is your receipt/proof of payment. If you do not receive an email confirmation within a few minutes, please check your junk mail, deleted items, or spam folder.
A REDUCED RATE OF $213 (plus applicable taxes for a total of $253) WAS NEGOTIATED WITH THE DESOTO HOTEL, SAVANNAH, GA. THE CUT-OFF DATE TO BOOK HOTEL ROOMS AT THE REDUCED RATE IS Tuesday, December 29, 2026.

• One dedicated exhibit table in the Conference Partnership Expo throughout the conference.

Exclusive Additional Partnership Opportunities (only available to combine with a partnership shown above):

Premium Session Partner (6 available) = $1,000 per session ($500 for additional ones)
• Exclusive recognition as the partner of a selected technical session.
• Five- to ten-minute presentation immediately following the session.
• Opportunity to introduce your organization, highlight workforce opportunities, showcase products or services, or discuss industry challenges relevant to the session topic.
• Company logo displayed on the session title slide and outside the meeting room.
• Recognition by the session moderator at the beginning and conclusion of the session.

Morning or Afternoon Break Partner (6 available) = $2,000 to $4,000
• Exclusive ($4,000) or shared ($2,000) sponsorship of one networking break (depending on the amount).

• Opportunity to place promotional materials on refreshment tables.
• Verbal recognition immediately prior to the break.
• Opportunity to briefly welcome attendees before the networking break begins.

Networking Reception Partner (6 available) = $3,000
• Recognition as the Networking Reception Partner.
• Opportunity to provide welcome remarks (2–3 minutes).
• Company logo displayed throughout the reception area.
• Opportunity to distribute promotional materials during the reception.
