2027 ASEE CIEC Registration

This form is used to register and make payment using a credit card or PayPal (a PayPal account is not required).

Make sure the billing address you use to register matches the billing address for your credit card/university P-card when submitting payment. If it does not, your credit card will be denied.

There are three registration rates based on date submitted: Early Bird - $750 (through Dec. 13), Regular - $850 (Dec. 14 - Jan. 10), and Late - $900 (Jan 11 - conference end).

Registration is not complete until payment is made and you receive a confirmation email (immediately upon payment).

Conference Registration

Advance registration for post-conference event(s) is strongly encouraged as on-site event ticket purchases will be on a space available basis. Registration for ticketed events will be available October 1.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will be issued for registration cancellations on or before January 10, 2027 minus a $50 processing fee.
The CIEC incurs expenses for registrants as the conference draws near. We apologize, but NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER JANUARY 10, 2027.***
