Conference Registration

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will be issued for registration cancellations on or before January 10, 2027 minus a $50 processing fee.
The ETLI incurs expenses for registrants as the conference draws near. We apologize, but NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER JANUARY 10, 2027.***

The ETLI offers a reduced registration rate of $375 for those who register for both the ETLI and the CIEC no later than the end of the ETLI/CIEC early bird registration period (12/13/2026). Registration for the CIEC must be done separately on the CIEC registration form.

The registration rates for those attending the ETLI only based on date submitted are:
Early Bird - $475 (through Dec. 13, 2026)
Advanced - $575 (Dec. 14, 2026 - Feb. 2, 2027)
ASEE Lifetime Member - $175
