Were our support processes straight forward and acceptable? 
When giving feedback please consider;
- the service you received (was it in a timely manner and professional)
- the volunteers who helped you (were they friendly, helpful, easy to talk to),
- the support you received (was it what you needed, did you get extra help)
- Did you feel listened to, respected and understood
This list is only a couple of things to think about, please write about anything you feel we should know.
From time to time we publish comments and feedback provided from our beneficiaries and as such we would like to ask your permission to share the information you have provided to us. Information will be shared on a anonymous basis and no personal information will be shared unless we receive your explicit consent in advance.
