Every application to REO must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of $20.00.

Applications received without the accompanied proper application fee will not be processed. Also Incomplete Applications will not be processed.

This non-refundable application fee is required for the purpose of verifying all information submitted on the Application to Rent.

Verification includes but not limited to, running a credit check and criminal history check and investigating all information regarding the applicants character, general reputation, personal character references and mode of living.

If an application does not qualify due to misinformation or missing information, the application fee for all applicants will be forfeited as liquidated damages.

If an application is not processed due to acceptance of an earlier received application, the application fee will be returned in full promptly by mail.
