Closing Your Account

If you no longer wish to use the web form service:

1. Log in to FormSmarts
2. Delete all the forms in your account. Visit the Forms tab and click on the trash icon for each form. Inactive accounts with no forms attached are automatically disabled, and eventually removed. Be assured that we will not share your personal data, according to our Privacy Policy.
3. Cancel recurring billing, if applicable. Most customers who subscribed to FormSmarts Pro before March 19, 2009 signed up for a recurring billing using Paypal. To cancel the recurring Paypal payment, login to your Paypal account, and click Profile, then Recurring Payments. Locate and cancel the payment for FormSmarts Pro. If you need assistance, contact us.
