FormSmarts is evolving fast, and many of the features users asked for are under active development. Please feel free to request a feature and give us feedback.
Closing Your Account
If you no longer wish to use the online form service:
- Log in to FormSmarts
- Delete all the forms in your account. Visit the Forms tab of the form builder and hit the trash can buttons to delete all forms.
Inactive accounts with no forms attached are automatically deleted (free service users) or deactivated (paying customers) after a year. Please note that we cannot delete user information immediately due to fraud prevention and security requirements. We can assure you that your private details will not be used or shared as stated in our Privacy Policy.
Canceling Your Subscription
FormSmarts subscription do not auto-renew, so there is no need to explicitly cancel your subscription. Your account will be be suspended at the end of your current subscription period if you don't extend it.
