Cancelling Your Account

If you no longer wish to use the web form service:

1. Sign in to FormSmarts
2. Delete all your forms (visit the forms tab and click on the trash icon)
3. Please take a few minutes to tell us why you are cancelling your account.

Inactive accounts with no forms attached to them are automatically deleted after three months.
