FormSmarts has implemented several technologies to ensure web form responses you get by email are reliably and timely delivered to your inbox.

SPF (Sender Policy Framework)

FormSmarts has published and maintains a strict SPF policy, so that email providers supporting SPF, like Gmail and many other mail hosts, can automatically verify that every form submission we send by email actually orginates from FormSmarts. This helps prevent spam and forged emails, and should ensure the proper and timely delivery of form submissions to your email account.

Sender-ID (Microsoft Hotmail / Windows Live)

Given the configuration of FormSmarts mail servers, our Microsoft Sender-ID policy is equivalent to our published SPF policy. As a result, email services using Sender-ID for mail sender authentication such as Microsoft Hotmail / Windows Live can verify in an automated way that form submissions and account-related mails actually orginate from FormSmarts. This should help ensure e-mails from FormSmarts are reliably delivered to you.

DKIM (Domain Key Identified Message)

Emails sent by FormSmarts carry a DKIM digital signature. Signing emails allows email providers supporting DKIM like Gmail and Yahoo to verify that emails are really sent by FormSmarts. This helps prevent spam and forged emails, and should ensure the proper and timely delivery of form responses to your inbox.

DomainKeys (Yahoo Mail)

In addition to DKIM, FormSmarts also signs mail form responses with our Yahoo DomainKeys digital signature. This allows Yahoo to verify that emails are really sent by us, thus helping prevent spam and forged emails, and should ensure the proper and timely delivery of form submissions to your inbox. Yahoo Mail users will see a small icon showing an envelope and key in the email header of messages coming from FormSmarts.

Add the Form Mailer Sender to Your Address Book

If you use email services like Yahoo!, Microsoft Hotmail, Gmail, or AOL, please add formsmarts-noreply@syronex.com to your address book to ensure our emails are always sent to your Inbox. formsmarts-noreply@syronex.com is the sender address used by FormSmarts web form mailer. Other email providers may allow you to set a whitelist of allowed senders.
