What is FormSmarts?

FormSmarts is an integrated web form service that lets you create forms, publish them online, and get form results. We provide several options to publish your forms. Our most popular one is a form widget that you can embed anywhere your can paste HTML.

How is FormSmarts different from other form services?

FormSmarts integrates all form processing components — form builder, form handler, storage, unobtrusive form spam protection — so you can create forms in the fastest and easiest possible way.

Do you have a demo form I can try?

We've built a few example forms that you can try out: a sample feedback form using basic text input fields, and a survey form featuring all form input fields. We've also created a form that includes a payment with Paypal®.

Can I create any kinds of form?

Yes. FormSmarts supports the whole set of HTML input fields: one line & multi-line text box, drop-down list, radio button, and check-box. We've also added a date picker and a geo-localized country selector.

How do I get form submissions?

We send you form results by email, in plain text or HTML format, to one or several email accounts. Alternatively, you can store form submissions on FormSmarts, and download an Excel® report when needed. We're working on several other delivery mechanisms.

Do you host the web forms?

Yes, we host all forms. That means you don't even need to own a website to enjoy web forms. With a simple link, you can let anyone access your form from Facebook, MySpace, or by email. You can even use the form URL in printed material. Of course if you do have a website, you can also embed the form on your site.
