Displaying Your Own Logo on Your Forms
FormSmarts users can now display their own logo in the top left corner of their forms.
Note that because each logo must be reviewed manually, we ask you to spend a few minutes to help us publicize FormSmarts before we take some of our time to validate your logo. Alternatively, you may get your logo validated for a small fee of US$ 5 per logo submitted. You may help us by:
- writing reviews about us on relevant sites and blogs (e.g. Scripts.com, HotScripts)
- posting a video on YouTube showing how to use FormSmarts (gets you free validation of all of your logos)
Once done, ask us to validate your logo.

I’d like to add a logo to my forms, and I’ve submitted reviews per the suggestion on scripts.com and hotscripts, (positive ones, because I’ve been very happy with my formsmarts experience), how to I go about getting my logo validated? Thanks!
Hi Dara,
Thanks for submitting the reviews, however that wasn’t necessary. This article was published in Feb 2008 when FormSmarts had just be launched. At the time, we didn’t yet have paid subscriptions and had to ask users to somehow contribute for manual review of their logo. This feature is now only available to our paid members, and since those are not anonymous, we no longer need to manually validate logos.
Note however that logos are published overnight so if you’ve just uploaded a one it will show on your forms tomorrow.
