Send Form Results to Multiple Email Addresses
We’ve updated FormSmarts form builder and form processing back-end to allow several email subscribers for each form. We’ll be releasing more subscription mechanisms later this month.
Before using an email address as a form recipient, you first need to add it to your account, and verify it. You can change the recipients of a form in the Form Details screen of your account.
The number of email subscribers allowed for each form depends on your plan.

Hi – I have a Pro account, and used to have 4 email recipients on several forms I use. I’ve just amended the recipients on 2 forms, and been advised I can only have 3 recipients. Can you please explain how many I can have? Has this changed?
Regards,
Tim
Tim,
Pro accounts allow up to thee email recipients and Business-level accounts up to six.
We have supported up to four recipient with Pro accounts for a while for testing purposes but were unable to offer this on a continuous basis.
I have three forms on different websites on a pro account. I also have three email addresses. For some reason forms from one website are being forwarded to the wrong recipient. I have checked my form settings and everything looks OK. Can you please fix this issue
Hi Paul, please visit the Form Details screen of the form builder for each form and make sure the email addresses that you want FormSmarts to send form responses to are checked in the Email Subscribers list.
